The TSP should be annually reviewed with supervisors during the results and personal development meeting (R&O gesprek). The TSP can be altered in the course of the PhD period. The PE&RC office must be informed on changes with respect to supervision, but this is not needed for changes in the training components.
Performance and Development Evaluation (R&O)
A PhD Performance and Development form has been developed by PE&RC to use in process and progress evaluation meetings between the PhD candidate and the supervising team. This form can be used in addition to any formal form that is provided by the university, institute or employer as it gives more options to discuss and evaluate the progress, performance, and supervision in the specific situation of a PhD trajectory. The form can be included in the formal form as an attachment.
